T&C
The terms for using this website. The terms of an engagement live in the signed contract, and in short on Pricing.
Using this site
What you agree to by using this site, stated outright. Short, because a website needs no more.
Agreement
These terms are between you and Jacob Caggige Studio LLC, doing business as Stonehut Studio (Stonehut, we, us). By using stonehut.studio you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Use
The site is here to read about the studio and to get in touch. Do not scrape it or copy it in bulk, interfere with how it runs, try to get past its security, or use it, the booking included, to send anything unlawful, misleading or automated.
Content
The words, images, code and design of the site belong to Stonehut. Client names, logos and work belong to their owners and appear with their permission. Link to any page and quote a line with credit as you like; for anything more, ask first.
Client work
Case studies show client work with the client’s consent. A client can ask for theirs to be changed or taken down, and we will. A result in a case study describes that project. It is not a promise for yours.
Prices and scopes
Prices and scopes on this site are starting points, current at the date above, and not an offer. Only a signed proposal and contract bind either of us, and they can differ from the page.
Booking a call
A call is a conversation, not an engagement, and neither of us owes the other any work because of it. Please hold back anything confidential until we have both signed an agreement that covers it; until then, what you tell us is not held in confidence.
Other sites and services
Links that leave this site, and the services the booking runs on, such as Google and Calendly, are run by others under their own terms. We are not responsible for them.
No warranty
The site is offered as it is and as available. We work to keep it accurate and running, but to the extent the law allows, we give no warranty of any kind, express or implied, that it is complete, current, uninterrupted or free of errors.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Stonehut is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit or data, from using the site or relying on it, and our total liability for anything arising from the site is one hundred US dollars. Nothing here limits a liability the law does not allow to be limited.
Law and disputes
The laws of the State of Vermont govern these terms, without regard to their conflict of laws rules. A dispute about the site belongs in the state or federal courts in Vermont, and both of us agree to their jurisdiction.
Changes and the rest
We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do, and the version on the page when you use the site is the one that applies. If a part of them cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Questions go to hello@stonehut.studio.
