1. What We Do
We design and build high-quality brands and Webflow websites. The exact details of your project will be in your proposal or agreement.

2. Payments
We start work once we receive your agreed deposit. The remaining balance is due before final delivery unless we’ve agreed otherwise.

3. Ownership of Work
Once your project is fully paid for, you own the rights to the final designs and files. We may share your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

4. Third-Party Fonts & Assets
If your project uses fonts or other assets that require separate licenses, we’ll let you know so you can purchase them directly.

5. Client Responsibilities
Please provide content, feedback, and approvals promptly so we can keep your project on track.

6. Refunds & Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable once we start work. If a refund is agreed, we may deduct a fee for work completed.

7. Liability
We do our best to make your website secure and functional, but we can’t guarantee it will be error-free or immune to future technical issues.

8. Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. By using our website, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

9. Communication
We’re happy to communicate via email, project management tools, or scheduled calls. Most agreements and approvals can be done electronically.

10. Legal Stuff
Our work together is governed by the laws of Vermont, USA. Any disputes will be handled here.
